Hi,
Till 22nd Oct 2018 i was using Vodafone postpaid. After than i changed my Vodafone postpaid connection into Airtel postpaid. On 26th 2018 request was successful & my connection was changed into Air tel postpaid. I was able to call but i was unable to use internet. After than i raised a complaint(Complaint no.88327642) into airtel by customer care & i was taking regularly follow up from customer care but my problem was not resolved. After than i was talked to nodal officer & he assured me that my problem would be resolved with in 24hr. After than i was just waited till 24hr. But my problem is still in same state. So again i was called to customer care no after 24hr & they told me that your connection is prepaid not postpaid & u r using this prepaid no since 2014 and when i talked but my compliant no then they told there is no compliant related this issue. Now i am totally shocked to get this type of response. Someone changed my connection from postpaid to prepaid without my permission & my compliant is also closed without resolution.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
