I was trying to book the ticket from Jammu to Guwahati for 4th December from the account of IRCTC (linked number:70066 18682). My transaction having transaction id 2008545551 for the same ticket got deducted from my account. But my ticket didn’t get booked. I have already applied for a refund on 31st August 2022. since then I didn’t get my refund yet. this is very irresponsible behavior from IRCTC. I have been calling them since than but didnt get a positive response
