Hi ,
I was settlled my loan on 13/04/2023 and they sent me a settled letter also they said will send NOC in 40-60 days. But still I didnt get it. When i visit ther branch in Begumpet, Hyedarabad. They are using very bad language and asked me to pay 25000 more . I stopped reaching them. But they still calling me saying if you are dead i will close your loan and i will take your insurance amount from your parrents. It was very hurting and loosing Cibit. They dont give any respect to the costumers directly they are suggesting me to dead. I sent mails to support team but no use . I dont know how to solve this issue. I dont have money to fight legally .. Need support please help me . I am attaching here the evidance . Please help me
