I ORDERED A LARGE SIZE TILE CUTTER. AND THEY SENT ME charger electric mower. I CAN’T CONTACT THEM

Good morning dear Sirs
You have delivered to me my ordrer NBr 4815 which was wrong,
I Have ordered Small and you send me Medium
Also the product didnt meet my aspectetions .
I have send severeal emails since six months time from January 2024 to you companys customer Service ( support@linkowa.com) with no resonse from you side till today
Please let me know ASAP when you will prosssed with my refund or else I have to take other legal actions to protect my rights as a conumer
