The scammer hacked/clonned my friend account and asked amount for medical emergency and sent Phonepe number by saying hospital account. I transferred 19000 money and i called same friend but he said he is doing same for all friends in my list. I called cybercrime department but they said if you want to get money back you need to spend 25000 for lawyer fees and all if you are interested come and give complaint. And i raised complaint within 20m of incident with SBI complaint cell. They said first time you will get this money back till now 6 month they did not resolve. Manager said you will not get money back.
