I was scammed of 10,000 inr on telegram that is Raj aggrawal custom shop saying that he will give me mobile phone and I paid advanced… But now he is not responding to my messages not picking up the calls. I asked him to refund my money but he is not giving my money back. I have all proofs please help me to get my money back please

I have given him 10,000 inr by google pay for mobile phone. He i assured me to give the product but he is not responding nor giving my money back please help me get my money back. He is a fraud.  He is using a fake telegram channel named Raj Agrawal custom shop owner Raj Agrwal.  I want my money back please.
