I placed an order of a cellphone contract and received a number of phone calls from the daily a gaurd number and was asked for my banking details as they wanted to see if I qualify for a contract. To my knowledge I did tell the agents that should it be I get a debit order from answering the questions they had I will dispute it. They dropped the calls and I was called by Nosipho Dlamini confirming I would not be debited before I had received a device which they has said I would get another phone call after the call I had with the agent. Nosipho then promised to call me back after submitting the debit check message and never had a received the calls from any agent or whatsoever. Today to my surprise I get denited for the same debit order I had questions about. I had promised her should it be that I get debited I would file a fraud case against her and her company. She promised to call back as this was not fraud.
