Text of Complaint by ARAVIND NICHENAKOLLA:

I visited the Kreditsathi website with the intention of applying for a loan. I entered all the required details, and after completing the process, I received a message on WhatsApp from a person claiming that my loan of ₹50,000 had been approved.

After collecting my personal information, they informed me that I needed to pay a processing fee of ₹1,999, which I paid.
Soon after, they said I also needed to pay an insurance charge of ₹3,568, which I paid as well.

Later, they claimed that the loan amount was blocked in the bank and to release it, I needed to pay ₹6,599. I paid that amount too.

After that, they stated that as per RBI guidelines, I had to make another payment of ₹8,868. Believing their words, I made the payment.

However, after paying a total of ₹21,034, they stopped responding to my calls and messages. I have not received any loan amount, and all communication from their side has completely stopped.

This appears to be a fraudulent activity conducted in the name of Kreditsathi. I am filing this complaint to request action against the individuals involved and to seek a refund of ₹21,034 that I have lost due to this scam.

Would you like me to format this as a formal complaint letter (with To, Subject, etc.) that you can directly submit to the Consumer Court or RBI grievance cell?
