I was taken the loans and paid also not updated rhinofin ceased terminated showing still active loans I closed the loans not updated still now I credit score is less can please update it

Sir, I saw churidar ad in sasta bazar on instagram and sent payment. After that he said to send the courier charge. It was also sent. After that, he told me to send GST. Then I asked to send the cash back.
Then it says that payment will be made only after 3 months. What should I do? Total Amount 599+200 = 799/-
