I was Paid Credit card Bill in Aeronpay app (AeronFly International Private Limited). Amount not credit in my card but amount debited. still not refund. So many times I was mailed but they did not refund my money. I was all ready complaint in national consumer helpline ( Grievance number: 6457582) but they did not refund. I was all ready contact my credit card nodal officer, they said amount not revived. Still not amount refund. I was lost Rs.33000. I was attached a file full details of my transaction.
