on 8th of oct 2018 i was purchasing samsung guru amount of 1625rsfrom flipkart and i did payment from phonepe.flipkart didnot place my order they told me transction was not successful but phonepe pe provides me transtion id p1810081925236810474556 and merchant order id tx113586215040714000 .
so my complain is both against flipkart and phonepe plz help me
