Hello sir I was ordered mobile phone from amazon from my ICICI credit card, which was has 2000 of instant cashback , but the payment debited from credit card, and now payment failed, and now i can’t get my cash back and that verient also out of stock,,, for that’s I was asked for compensation, they are denied, please solve my problem
