I accepted a ride in Hyderabad. The person who booked the ride didn’t know how to enter drop location so he entered the same location as drop location where I picked him.
But when I asked him where he wants go he told me the directions for his real drop location. When I tried to complete the ride it said paid online and now when I checked in my orders it is showing processing. When I call the support , those guys said you done a fraudulent order so we can’t pay you the ride amount and incentive amount. I told them that this is not a fraudulent order and please investigate this matter, they said we cannot do anything sorry for the inconvenience.
