I was having issue in my delivered new mobile, even though Refund/Replacement not accepting by Flipkart and behaving harsh to us. Please help me for the refund or replacement.

Text of Complaint by Haarish:

I was having a mic and sensor issue in my phone. I request you to please replace my device with a new device. I have raised a return request 3 times but not got any solution for my issue. Technician are not responding properly and came to my home to check the phone installed with some application and saying that everything works fine. Technician Sivakumar said that If any issue persists, you will get an update for that. But still now I am getting the same issue, but Technician not accepting that. Please replace my device. It is very hard to accept the fault device with Rs. 11499. Also I have got a message that Technician Ramesh Roy will be assigned to you. I have called many times to contact him, but have not been called for the last 2 days. Today I called him and asked for Ramesh Roy. He is talking like anything shouting at me. Why are you calling Sivakumar and asking me like that. I’m disappointed with the conversation. How can i know Ramesh Roy is working in flipkart, I have got a message so only I asked but he is shouting like anything. I request you again. I don’t want anything. Please replace my phone. If possible please connect me with higher officials.
