I have ordered 4g smartphone but i got a basic dummy phone in a bad condition

I also ordered for VIVA 4G new launched as per their web site, got delivered one Guru mobile woth
500/- (MRP also mentioned in the product), which was delivered by Delhivery courier, no bill no address, no contact number – the courier persons opposed for open delivery also.
i also ordered viva 4 g new launched phone from hope4shops website but received normal keypad phone.same no bill no address no contact details
