I was filling the form of bihar DELEd exam on 15/02/2024,when i filled the all required details,i made a payment of 973/- inr but after payment no confirmation came at all from deled website and now portal is closed too yet no confirmation and my all money gone too,please help sir we are from middle class family,please help
