The bus arrival was at 10:30. I was waiting at the pickup point since 9 PM. It was past 10:30 and no one arrived. I tried calling MMT and there was no help at all. Couldn’t connect with anyone. At 12 AM, I contacted the operator and he said he was at HSR and they don’t stop at the given Silkboard address, and by the time I took an auto to there, he left and told he was waiting elsewhere at other bus stop. I couldn’t board the bus. MMT has closed my request without contacting me. MMT is not helpful at all and their customer service department is the worst! I demand my refund and compensation for such damages. I can win this lawsuit effortlessly.
