Dear Sir,
I am contacting you within 7 days of receiving the goods in accordance with your Rules on the return of goods and money, and regarding complaints, return of goods and requests for money back, link: Order number 2023070124518430423.
Instead of what was presented and ordered, I was delivered completely different goods (brand, quality, appearance…).
AGAIN, I ask that you provide me with the address to which I can return the advertised goods and that you immediately pay me, i.e. return to the account the amount (65 Euros) that I paid you.
I hope that I will receive a reply from you immediately with instructions for returning the goods and money, and all so that I do not take further steps in this direction (through the Consumer Complaint Court, EU Customer Service, etc.) to mutual satisfaction.

Compré un telescopio y no tiene nada que ver con lo que me mandaron,pido la devolución y me dice que al no tener empresa en el extranjero que no hay devolución, que me lo quede y se quedan con el 33% por manipulación,
