Text of Complaint by Ugwuozor Chidimma Melvis:

I registered with Bonroy mall, it’s supposed to be an online platform that helps Jumia, Amazon etc clear their goods. I recharged with 3000 naira, performed the first task and received 6000 naira. I recharged 5000 naira again for me to perform perform more task. I kept on performing task and kept on recharging and realized later that the tasks were way beyond me. I realized my money is trapped and I borrowed to do the business hoping to get it back.
