I combined a surveillance video camera with a panel and a 4G card and received a solar projector. How do I make the return and how do I get my money back (380 lei).

I ordered a mermaid lamp, it was extremrly small, totally different from the picture. Moreover need a battery , 4,5 V, but that is unavailable here. This product is a bullshit, ugly and useless, we cant use it at all. This was a SCAM.
