i was credited money i didn’t apply for ,i paid back immediately with their interest rate,and i inform their customer representative immediately on whatsapp but the money was not cleared on the app by them till today,i still complain to her again today only for her to tell me i should wait till due date when another customer representative will get back to me to repay again,that if i like i should report that i will still pay,i have my proof of payment and proof of chat on my phone.
