Extra payment was wrongly charged by OLA , and that was paid in cash by my parents upon being harassed by the driver .
i have attached all the screen shots of my complete payment done & the extra charges which it showed later on and the driver harassed us and got the amount in cash
in first the estimated fare was showing RS.3324 on the time of booking yesterday .
When the driver arrived today the Total Fare was showing RS.3300 /- , which i immediately paid from my card as the trip started .
On the way we had paid all the toll tax and permit charges .
When the trip ended the driver asked us END OTP upon giving that the driver started to ask us more money around RS.2718/- more …
My parent were travelling in the ride , hence i prepaid the ride , but the driver asked and harassed them for cash and finally took the cash and went .
My concern is why was i charged wrongly .. as for a distance of only 135 KM i was made to be paid more then double … when during payment i made the complete payment which was for a one way ride .. why i was harressed and had to pay more ??
