Hi team
>> 1 . I have paid 23000 for my ticket booking today for a flight from Hyderabad to Bhuvneshwar I had paid 23000 after applying coupon of 1500 and they payment was successful and ticked was not confirmed.
>> 2. The customer care executive called and told me the ticket was booked for other 2 people so it was not booked for you and fare has been updated by another 4236.
>> 3 . So I asked her to refund the amount as ticket was not confirmed so she told me if I won’t go ahead with this booking there will the cab kelatini charges 4000 even though my ticket is not confirmed.
>> 4. So I paid her additional 4236 and booked my ticket.
>> 5. So when I checked the e-ticket it just says 27000 and not the taxes or nothing.
>>6. I took the ticket details from official site and see that amount is 24,866 the amount without coupon because team made sure that I do not receive the e-ticket to my mail id and gave the travel agency’s mail id
