Text of Complaint by vijaykumar D. Baravkar:

I have paid Rs. 3600/- for purchase a cell phone. Through DOCKS names in telegram. He tooks 50% Amount before dispatching and send customs courier screen shot,it shows for pending status. he say send me remaining amount then i clear it. i sent him remaining amount. but he doesn’t contact me. and neglect my chat.
