I have ordered vivo 4G smartphone on 09.02.2021.Today I have received and paid rupees 3000.But inside the box there is playing cards with old damaged button phone. I was cheated by hope4shops.co.in. there is no from address no any contant number. I lost 3000 rupees.. Please help to get back my money sir
