I saw the add of Krypton mobile while I was browsing YouTube I checked the site and ordered one mobile with all the details. There was no confirmation message from the site to my mail or inbox , I can’t understand what happened , the payment is done through my dad debit card by upay , I have all the screenshots, please help me.
