I was charged with Rs. 5000 for calls “I didn’t pick” on international roaming. The said calls were automatically redirected to voice mail – Service I asked to close in the past, but was told the same is a free service so there is no need. Now each voice mail is charged as both an incoming call (Rs. 200/Min) and an outgoing (Rs. 400/Min). See reference to marked numbers in the image attached. I don’t think this is justified.
