Hi,
I was using two numbers with Vodafone and yesterday I went to a shop which is located in Jaynagar to port in both the numbers to jio..they charged mein 401+99rupees for one number to port where 401 was just 1 month recharge of jio and 99 was member ship..it’s so frustrating things.i paid 1000 to port in two numbers which is really unacceptable. We found one jio camp later on and they said they can do it in free..how come two different rules in two different jio providers. I want you take an action and help me with my refund or extend my recharge validity.orlwse I would prefer to be Vodafone only.thabk you
