My name is Amish , my jio sim was lost so i went to a jio store to get a same number sim .
I got the address from jio website and then i visited there .
Address – Jio Store , Ground floor, Plot no 2 Vigyan Nagar , Kota 324005
I live in Indra Vihar and go to up and down for 4 days because they were very rude and did not do the work and gave excuse like server is down , sunday is off , and staff is not there etc . On the 5th day when I visited they did the work after long time .
And they aasked me for ₹180 whereas on the website it it mentioned that the lost sim replacement costs ₹180 and started fighting and arguing with me , i showed them the article and they said ‘many things are written on the internet which are not true’ . After i started arguing more the told me that they would give me a complimentary phone stand , which at starting were not willing to give me . It was a bad quality phone stand which was of no use , a platic cheap quality stand . Like they looted me , I couldn’t win the argument, feeling bad about it . I wish share you some pics , please take strict action.
