I recently port my sim to jio for a better service, and done it through online I was supposed to pay only for my recharge, which was 239rs a basic one month plan when you first get your sim, but then I was charged 99rs extra, when asked why should I pay extra he gave me a reason stating that “my sim was previously brought from another state” which is not true, I had called my previous service provider for confirmation later that day, he told I had bought it from the same state. I am very disappointed by JIO for poor management. (I had raised a complain through customer care)
I hope they resolve the issue soon
