laxman P was selling car on OIX site. He send me his aadhar card picture and picture of his car and himself. He said he is military person.He told me the car will be sent by COD by military courier and I will pay when the car will be delivered.Then he started asking online bank transfer of 3200 rupees for delivery charges saying only than the car will be shipped and the rest ot the amount i will pay when the car is delivered. I made the transfer.He told me the car is on the way Then he ask another 11600r. For Insurence saying that he didn’t know and the courier will not deliver widout paying this amount. I made the transfer.He told me the car is on the way Than he said another 14400 rupees need to be transferred and that this is the Final payment, and only than the car will be delivered. I made the transfer. He told me the car will be delivered.And the car was not delivered he was asking more money. And i Stop paying and I’m contacting you now for help how can I refund my money?
