i was booked zoom car on date of 17-04-2023 and car AC is not working.i think temperature is very high so that’s why AC coolant taking time to cool but after some time also not cold in car so i was called car owner about car AC. Then i was tried contact customer executive but call not connect. Many time tried call then connect the call. so customer care executive told me repaired car was local mechanic i and submitted bill to the app zoom car will refund the money. then i was dropped the car at pickup location. then i was submitted bill but and all images which i was taken picture at the repair moment .but zoom car was not refund my money.
