I was able to deposit money into my Daman Games account, but the money was deducted from my UPI QR code, yet it didn’t show up in my Daman Games account. A day later, it showed as failed.

Text of Complaint by Dinesh Meena:

I deposited ₹2000 into the Daman game on December 31, 2025, but the payment is showing as failed. When I contacted customer service and my teacher, they said that the bank is investigating the payment. It is now February 1, 2026, and the payment has still not been credited to my Daman account or my personal bank account. I provided customer service and my teacher with proof, including: 1. the payment receipt, 2. my bank statement, and 3. a video from two different devices. However, I have still not received my payment.
