On 12/12/21 we installed it & it worked only 2 days & PBC was not working after complaining to the installation department they repaired it in 2 weeks & again same thing is happened & till now no one listens even after two weeks of complaining. If they do not come to repair it, then why should we get it installed. I have to return this. anyhow i have to return it and we don’t have to get the chimney from this company.
