I wanted to receive payment of Rs. 10000 from Abishek Pareek but I got Rs. 1 only and he said first I send Rs. 1 and after that I send 10000. But when I looked at the transaction screenshot and received Rs. 1 , the transaction ID was same,so de he fraud me or is there any problem in the transaction
