Sir actually online platform of redbus /other agencies working to Book ticket but like cancellation some of bus ticks not showing even 24 hours before,90 % travel agencies allowed for cancellation &refund 100% before 24 hours of bus travel but hiding the cancellation policy in highlighted manner this consumer cannot in deep cancellation charges ,if consumer would have noticed could have opted other travellers
