I wanted Airtel fibre connection so approached the executive and he induced me to pay the same and I done it on 16.08.2022.
Later he said there was no feasibility and connect wasn’t given.
Still now my amount has not been refunded.
This is injustice and my money is with them for 15 days.
No response and customer care not working. I wish to get compensation of 25k
