I have taken a plan from just dial for marketing my product. Just dial executive name mr neeraj sharma came to me and made false promises. He told me that you will get buy lead for your product this and that. I trusted on him and I took a plan. He also inform me that you can exit your plan after three month if you are not satisfied. I trusted on him and I have given my acceptance. I have signed on ecs mandate form. I have given cheque of 2360/- for initial payment and for rest of the payment I have given ecs mandate for 1180/ per month. 3 months gone after that I haven’t got a single lead for my product. I called neeraj sharma he haaipickmy call then I called to just dial customer care but they told me that you will get a call from our side but that has not happened.i did so many mail to there jaipur delhi office but no one given any clarification. Now I want to stop my ecs payment but executive telling me that you can’t do this . Even if you go to court you can’t to anything. We will not stop ecs payment till our wish.
