Sir,
I have requested to split my ID and mailed many times to you but till now my id has not been split. The customer care service of Tata sky told me that you first recharge with Rs. 100 because your balance is low and I have to recharge with Rs 380 .The he said I have registered your complaint and will be resolve in next 24-48 hours.But after four days when I have called in customer care ,he has replied that you have not registered any complaint regarding split ID.I called again and they are saying your account is deactivated first recharge then we will process your request .In this regard I have mailed also your nodal officer and registered complaint in consumer forum.
