Two time I have availed the loan on a high rate of interest from them as I was in need of money for some urgent requirement. And I have successfully paid off those two loan amount. There after I have delated the application from my mobile. And very next day on 18/08/2023 I have received a payment of Rs. 5775.99 in my Paytm account. And very few minute later I have got a call from hero Rupee person and they asked me about the loan amount received. I request them that I don’t need this loan so please take the money back and cancle the loan. They told me that if I pay from application, as we are paying previously than I have to pay complete amount which was almost RS. 11000/-. And they told me that they are sending me the link for payment and after paying the loan amount credited in my account. They will update it and will close my loan. But after paying the amount of Rs. 5775.99/- still the loan is not closed. And they are even not replying me . About the status.
Hence sir I am requesting you to please help me in this.
