I have installed ne connection fibernet + DTH plan 699 yesterday (17th July 2022) but still the service is not started, I contacted your representative, he asked me to contact customer care, then I contacted customer care, but they also cannot solve the problem. Then I requested to stop the DHT service until the problem is fixed, the customer care told me that they cannot stop the service. Also can’t run online apps OTT on xstram box. Is there such a service?
Sir, can you tell me why should I pay for a service you can’t provide me?
yesterday told me problem on xstrim Box they will change to box next day but yet to not chaned box, or pick the phone.
I request you to stop billing me until the issue is resolved and extend the days or refund my money. i am strongly want to refund me my money.
