Hi team,
Airtel have changed their plans without prior intimation to customer. Now I want to PORT my number to other operator, as I cant able to recharge 49 rs plan. But now I have 3.25 rs in main balance which I want to use for sending port message. But not able to do do. Help me. As I just need to send one SMS and i have balance in my main account balance which is sufficient to send PORT message.
Please help I dont want to pay 79 rs plan for this where my main account already has required balance.
