Dear Sir or Madam,
I am raising a complaint against the DMI agency for deducting unnecessary amount from my ICICI salaried account. Every month, they auto debit the EMI amount of Rs. 987 rupees from my ICICI account. Due to my financial issues, I was not able to keep the sufficient balancet in my account that this agency every 5th of the month deducts. At the time of purchasing the Samsung A6 mobile from the Samsung store, at Madinaguda, I already told the dealer to please tell your DMI (The third party agency) to deduct the EMI on 7th of every month because my salary credits on that particular day.
But, this request has never been taken seriously by him nor the DMI agency. From past few months, I have been paying the loan amount that I took from my company for my wife’s delivery operation. On top of that, this burden of paying the EMI and managing my own expenses, and maintenance of my home and family is becoming a hectic for me.
This month, although I cleared the last month’s due amount, and this month too. They have deducted about 3,000 to 4,000 amount from my account. I can show you my salary statement from the last 8 months.
I request you to kindly take a legal action against them as per the law and order. The last month of automatic EMI deduction will be made on March 5th, and I don’t want my phone to be again locked by them again for not maintaining the balance and imposing the bounce charges and deducting the amount erroneously.
