This is to bring to your notice a serious misconduct in the handling of my their account with credit4sure
I have repaid my loan in full as per your terms and conditions, and I was clearly promised that after repayment, my account will be marked as Closed and Noc was issued in my favour
To my utter shock, when I checked my credit report, the status is showing as “Settled” instead of “Closed. I have taken 5000 loan amount from them and repaid 5800 with intrest and my loan was due for some days and they charged me 6k intrest for one month and then they agreed to close my loan at 5800 and Noc was issued . But now I see it’s showing as settled in the credit report .
