I want to discontinue my Airtel broadband internet connection. I am trying since once month but there is no such option to close it . And no customer care number is available. Whatever you do there os no option to talk to a customer care executive. How would a person can stop any service if they want. I took a one month plan and you people gave me one more month bill. I am trying to deactivate but nothing is happening. I am not using the service nor I want to use please stop this. I am fed-up reaching to customer care and getting so many options to press this number that number which leads to nothing . Please call me back or stop the broadband internet.
