I have Airtel Black 1499 Plan with Three Connections. Up to the month of March 2022 I am being charged Rs.1768.82 per months for my three connections. In the month of April 2022 I am being charged Rs.1782.18.Since it is a minior difference I have not checked and paid full amount. Now in the May month Airtel raised a bill Rs.1906.88. They are increasing price wiht out prior intimating me which is objectionable. In fact I have 200 Mbps connection but the Speed I get is only 40 to 45 Mbps while down loading and Uploading Speed is still lower i.e. 30 to 35 Mbps only. I have contected Airtel call centre on 30.05.2022 and asked to disconnect my connetion. They have lodged my complaint no. 4532284343 but on action taken. Again I have contected on 31.05.2022 and ask them the same complaint no.10044854526. In the SMS send to me it is mentioned that “It will be resolved by 02.06.2022 03:21:13 PM but nothing has been done till now. I want to deport my mobil connections also for which I have requested earlier. Please look in to the matter at the earliest. My Airtel Black ID : 10101010339028.
