For the past 2 months I kept on receiving the message from VZ-ViCMS deducting my main balance Rs. 3 , Rs. 3, Rs. 3 etc. for the services which I didn’t use and I don’t have any idea why they are deducting my balance. I want to deactivate this plan/service because continuously unnecessary deduction of money is going on. So please deactivate/unsubscribe me from this. I have complained same in customer care but stupid ppl will say no VAS is there and they will disconnect the call.
