I download this app to was checking my credibility and personal loan details for myself. After submitted my kyc details they approved my loan automatically for 4500rs and apply huge processing fees 2025rs on loan amount. Before processing there side I already emailed them to cancel the my application and all the things for which they are responsible by default. But they didn’t reply anything and credit my account with their low amount after cut the huge processing fees they gave 2475rs in my account on 4500rs loan. similarly, other loan vendors showing as in processing, its very scary, I do not want any loan, they should not send any loans to the customers indirectly.
Kindly look into this matter it’s a humble request. I believe you take action against Mylan Loan app.
