I had taken admission in aaksh byjus for 11th and 12th std at the time of admission the counselor doesn’t told me that I can’t cancel admission and I will not get refund after 15 days . And I want to tell that in 15 days no-one can judge a class or teacher after doing class for 1 year now I want to cancel it and I called them many times it’s over 2 week now they aren’t responding to call and the mentor only tell us that they will not cancel the admission and wouldn’t give us a refund but it’s unfair because they had taken the money in advance of 2 years and now they are telling us that they will not refund what should we do we are not god we don’t had any power that we can judge any class in 15 days but after it I realized it’s not gonna good for me so decided to cancel and now they aren’t refunding the amount now what should I do please tell me
