The membership which I took in Dec.,2021 and that time we paid part payment and then they told that you can pay your EMIs from April if you are not taking trip upto March. They told that you first go through a trip then you can start your paying EMIs. Then they never connect with us when I connected then they told that you have to pay first EMI then only you can go for your first trip as their is changing in some policies. But, they never inform us about their changing in the policies. i think they have done fraud with us they were knowing about the EMI policy prior to such commitment. and when I connected to them they completly refused that we have not told any such thing at the time of Giving the Membership. Whenever I ask for the avaibility at any property all over India they just tell that there is no avaibility of rooms. I think they are bad at services and the customer relationships. they don’t even follow up. i want my money refund which I paid at the time of purchasing such Membership.
